Trend kanker payudara di Semarang : analisis histologis dan tipe molekuler



Introduction : Worldwide, breast cancer is the commonest cancer in women and characterized by regional variations. Breast cancer is a heterogenous disease, comprising multiple entities associated with distinctive histological and biological features, clinical presentation and behaviours and responde to theraphy.
Methods : The study included patients with breast cancer diagnosed in Semarang, estrogen receptor (ER), progesteron receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her-2), Ki-67 were analyzed.
Results : There were 40 patients of breast cancer registered, all women (100%). Ages mean : 49,5, median : 47. Minimum ages 29 and maximum 78 years old.
Histopatology : ILC: 45%, IDC: 52,5% and paget disease 2,5%. ER (+): 18%, ER(-) 22%, PR (+) 60%, PR (-) 40%, HER-2 (-) 47,5%, (+1) 2,5%, (+3) 47,5%, Ki-67 (+) 100%.
